Where does one begin when they speak of their own history? Perhaps it is best to start in the beginning...

I was born in a palace by the sea, how I do love to tell people that and see their reactions. It is the truth really, at least so far as Father will tell me. My parents are not royalty, though we may as well be. Mother's brother is actually the King Thadeon of Centinal City, which is a full three days travel from where my parents choose to settle down, which is the city of Taraglass.

It really is a lovely city, and pretty well advanced too compared to some of the places I have been too. The main reason they choose to move there was actually for the culture of the city. The people there had grown to love literature, painting, scupturing, and above all, the theater!

Mother always was a sap for anything that moved on the stage, so Father went along with her wishes and soon the family was all moved to Taraglass. I am quite thrilled with the city myself, considering that it is where I grew up and where I really got my start, my start on the stage that is.

But back to the family. Father always was a good businessman, and with Mother at his side, they could very nearly sell anything. Granted, this is also where their arguments spring from. Unfortunetely, like many places still, women are not respected in the business world as the men are, so Father tends to take her for granted at times.

See, Father is really talented with his work, which by the way is crafting many sorts of items from wood and granite and marble. However, he sort of fails on the sales pitch end. That is where Mother comes in. She could be selling a mud pie to a baker and he would pay twice what an ordinary apple pie is worth. It is just crazy how she can get people to agree to the prices she sets. I used to always think that it was some sort of magic she possessed, but she strickly denies having any.

Mother was and is quite the actress on the stage herself, when she gets enough free time to go through the rehearsals and learning all the lines. She was actually my first teacher and by far the best I have ever had.

At the age of four, I was starring in my first musical as the head bumble bee. It was the most fun time I had ever had in my life. I got along really well with all the other children, well, for a while at least, but I kept trying to steal the spotlight. Which turned out to be a good thing as soon an acting school teacher choose me to be one of the few students she took that year.

For the next six years I studied under Madam Milian. She was quite the strict teacher, scheduling my day very tightly and teaching me how to act in public as well as on the stage. I also had many other lessons from her on how to react to nearly every situation I could be put in. She brought in tutors from the public school to be my teachers on the other subjects that were necessary for a person of my age, so I was able to get a well-rounded education as well.

Though the rest of my teen years, I stared in many plays on the stage, musicals as well, though I very much just enjoyed the plays. Trying to vary among comedies, tragedies, and the ever so often musical, I managed to gain quite a good reputation among those in the theater.

When I was eighteen, I was asked to come to another country to perform in their annual play. It was not the starring role, but as a guest from the neighboring country. It was quite an honor and my family was allowed to dine with the royal family from that country. It certainly was the highlight of my career.

Now at the age of twenty-two, I have taken a step back from acting to decide if it truly is what I wish to do for the remainer of my lifetime. My education would allow me to attend higher schooling wherever I might choose, though I am feeling that more schooling is not what I wish.

A while ago, I heard that my twin cousins, Cyn and Nyx had been banished from Centinal City! It was almost unheard of that the daughters of the King of the land could be banished, but the rumors spread and soon I learned that their parents had learned of the magic arts they had been dabbling in. I really was not surprised of their actions, but more that they had finally been caught.

Wanting to hear the whole story myself, I packed some of my things and journeyed to Centinal City. Staying with my aunt and uncle for a few weeks, while getting the story and picking up a play while I was there, I learned that they had been keeping track of the girls even after they were banished.

They had recently traveled to the land of Rhydin, more specifically the Kingdom of Guardia. This was a clue of course, that they would most enjoy for me to journey to this land as well and check on the twins for myself, which I was more than gracious to do.

So here I am now, in the Kingdom of Guardia, learning to protect the people of this land while learning of the unique sorts of creatures and beings in the whole of the land of Rhydin. I have seen more unusual things than I ever could have back at home, and because of this fact, joined up with the protectors of the kingdom, called the Eternal Guardians of Valor, and have started my new life with the goal of learning all that I can.
